The development company “GG Point” was founded in 2016 and has focused on constructing multi-apartment residential houses since its inception.

Our first project, completed between 2016 and 2019, was a 90-apartment residential complex in the central location of Zugdidi, at Agmashenebeli St. N6. This project marked the introduction of the first elite residential complex in Zugdidi, distinguished by its architectural values and market-oriented design.

Currently, we are building a new residential complex with 150 apartments at Agmashenebeli St. N87, Zugdidi, just 600 meters from the city’s central square, in a quiet and peaceful area.
